Exercise and movement is our focus, but meeting other mums and having some time to yourself is also high on the priority. This class is designed for post-natal toning, strengthening and fitness as well as fat loss. Each class is limited to only 8 mums and bubs to ensure we can support you with correct technique, looking after your child and making sure you have time to focus on the exercise you are doing. One of the only gyms in Whangarei where you can bring your baby to your workout!
